What is a relaxation massage?
Relaxation massage, relax massage and wellness massage usually mean the same thing: a calm full-body treatment with long, gliding strokes that doesn't target individual complaints but soothes your whole system. In German the term is Entspannungsmassage; in Spanish, masaje relajante.
The heart of it is always the same: being allowed to let go. The breath slows, the body sinks into the table, the mind hands over for a while. That heart lives in my treatment — in my own way.
My form of relaxation
I give relaxation in the deepest form I know: my Energy-Flow Massage. It's my own blend of long, flowing movements, calm healing touch and gentle energy work. The nervous system slowly settles, and the body finds its own rhythm again.
You don't have to bring anything, know anything or do anything right. You may simply receive. Many describe it as a letting go they hadn't experienced in years — deeper than any classic relax massage before. On request I work with essential oils; then it becomes a touch softer still.
